create from your mind ...body and spirit...I love art...and art comes in so many ways...every where i look there is creation even if i dont like it...it was created by someone and thats beauty in itself for me...music...music is the key...it inspires me to create...food...food is important too me...it is what creates the temple I live in...and when I say temple I am talking about my body...if I eat well my mind...body and spirit will create beauty...
