I have a very diverse background. I have studied at 5 different Universites, Yale, University of Iowa, University of Pau in France, Univeristy of Ilinois. I have a BA in Theater and Communication and a minor in French. Other studies - Art Students League NYC, Directing, Mask & Costume Making Moscow Russia.

One summer I took a job at a Blue Chip Art Gallery and I fell in love with the paintings. I could not afford them so I started out by trying to copy them. Those bodies of works that I copied were Motherwell, Haring, Lichtenstein, Warhol and Rauschenberg. As time passed I lived and studied in France. I became fascinated with the works of Lautrec, Damier, Bonnard, and Soutine. That is the inspiration of my earlier pieces
