The content in my work varies, but I'm usually trying to convey an underlying theme that includes some strongly held opinion about my observations of life, in general.
Vanity
This piece was done for the 'Seven Deadly Sins' show at the Kettle Art Gallery in Deep Ellum (Dallas, TX). . .it was the first piece to sell on opening night of the show. I think the title pretty much explains the piece, but. . .a woman entralled by the sight of another woman who looks just like her. The snake around their necks tightening it's coil as it whispers sweet nothings into preoccupied ears.
