Still lovin the food!
I am a chef in New Zealand that has moved into the wonderful world of media. I write recipes, food style and photograph food for advertising, calendars, greeting cards and packaging. I work with difficult items like ice cream (its real, I don't use mashed potato) and canned whipped cream that only give a few short seconds to capture. I also write recipes to promote branded ingredients for home cooks and professionals to try.
