Biography

Bread Head Bakery is located in downtown Dover, Ohio. While we specialize in inspired, gourmet loaves, we also do cakes, cookies, pastries, tortes, tarts, truffles, cupcakes, muffins... well, you get the picture.

Creative Tools Used

A big old Blakeslee mixer; an equally big and ugly Univex; a Cherry Red KitchenAid; a pastry bag; my brain and my own two hands.

Techniques

Pre-ferments are sexy. The slow rise IS a method and a metaphor. Hand-shaping is groovy.
