I learned to cook with mom when I was four. I was born and raised in Chicago and grew up in a Mexcian home. Food is my life! I have over 15 years of experince in the food industry. I have worked as a waitress, bartender and line cook. Most recently I have done work as a culinary writer, food taster and recipe tester. I currently have my own business. The services I offer are private cooking classes, catering as well as recipe development, menu consultations, food styling and cooking demos. Pretty much anything food related...I'm your gal!
