Her name is Sarah and she grew up in a small town in upstate NY. The girl your parents adored and let you do everything with. Everyone was proud of her. Always carrying her camera everywhere she went since she was 11 years old, was the only escape she had, a way to express herself. The death of a loved one and some minor set-backs began the writings. Writing a new poem everyday, taking a photograph to put a visual with the emotional. She photographed life as if there were no chaos. She was artistic beyond her years. Growing up so quickly left her mind in a warp speed of confusion. The only way out was through her work. Behind closed doors, Sarah was in major chaos emotionally. But somehow she managed to maintain sanity and get through it all. She knew that she needed a fresh start, to get away from what reminded her of the bad. Now she just might be the best thing since sliced bread. Don't take her word for it, see for yourself. She lives everyday like it's her last. She tells it like it is, "Yes you look fat in that", "I really am over it", "And size does matter". Some say a lie is the route of all evil. She says, "Honesty is the most brutal outcome of a lie". "If someone tells you that you can't do something, do your best to do it anyway and then rub their face in it". Her best-friend once told her, "Don't worry about it, it's not your problem". It's quite amazing how one little statement, a kind word or two, how they can change your life forever. This being said, defines who she is. She shoots what she feels. Passionate, intelligent, artistic, outgoing, funny, adorably honest, talented, and most of all, someone you'll remember. She is now one of the top Fair Housing Law Specialists in upstate NY, she has managed to make a difference in so many lives through her work. Along the way she has co-founded two non-profit organizations to help the fight against crime. Sarah hopes to one day be a member of the America's Most Wanted Team. She leaves you with this. "I owe it all to the Smurfs, whom I would not be where I am today. Without incessantly watching them everyday, hoping to vanish into the forest and live in a mushroom house, just so I could eat all the Smurfberries I could stomach, I might have gone to prison for a crime I didn't commit, charge, guilt by association. Hanging out with myself wasn't good for me. As long as I have my health, my wealth, and my camera, everything will be just fine."
