Talent Nathaly COUALY

I left my home island Guadeloupe at 18 and focused on my career as a model – but « be beautiful and shut up » not being a part of my philosophy of life, I went to NYC and studied as a journalist and TV presenter, which is what I now do for a living in Paris. Hazards of this new vocation lead me to introspect; I finally pluck the courage to go for the career I’ve always dreamed of: acting. Impassioned with writing and words, I make my coming out by creating a stand-up show. My tone is direct and I want it elegant, funny and biting. I hope it will fill you with thoughts, emotions, laughter and smiles… In other words, the character I play no longer leaves her tongue in her pocket! And God knows she turns it 1000 times in her mouth before turning her gaze… on YOU! I also make films and have recently played with Stomy Bugsy, Joby Valente, Jacob Desvarieux and Gunter Germain, in a film directed by Lyne B. Other projects are in progress… I’m also interested in politic, one could say I’m a militant at heart…
