Angry Honeyvel

This is a basic worker from the Honeyvel race. What can be making him so angry? Is he mad because I have him captured here in this little square? Or is he mad because he saw an enemy that belongs to another race?

One could almost say with truth no two races of ant folk hate each other more than the Honeyvel and Acornberry race. Both have been involved in a bitter feud ever since the Acornberrys moved into the Field several ages ago. Ever since then, it is either the Honeyvels, Acornberrys or none. They can't seem to coexist together. The Acornberrys so far think they have succeeded in killing off the last of the Honeyvels. (They don't know yet that one reproductive Honeyvel queen survived and started a colony that is now the present Honeyvel colony in my series.)

But if all this hatred is true, then why are the workers in the present Honeyvel colony a mixed race between the two kinds? Hmmm...
