Why do I dance? Why do you breathe?

My name is Nicole and I have been dancing since the early age of two and competing since I was 6 years old. I have experience in tap, jazz, ballet, lyrical, pointe, modern, character, hawaiian, musicial theatre, hip hop, cheerleading, drill team, modeling and pageantry. As both a solist, and group competitor, I have won many regional and national awards and titles. I have danced in various venues including Myrtle Beach, New York City, Chicago, and Disney World to name a few. I have been teaching and doing choreography since I was 10 years old and have taught a variety of dance styles at studios in the Fort Wayne and Indianapolis area. I have worked with numerous cheerleading and tumbling students and have choreographed competition cheer routines. I most enjoy seeing my students accomplish their goals and find a love in the arts. My teaching techniques are designed to reach each student, regardless of their learning style and it shows because my choreography has won several awards and titles regionally and nationally in many different age and style categories. I have my own Performing Arts Academy in Avon IN. This has always been a dream of mine, so I love every moment of it. Premier Academy of the Performing Arts offers recreational and competitive dance and tumbling for ages 2-adult.
