    Hey Joey, I have to admit I haven't heard the term 'franchised agent' before, but then I haven't really had much direct experience with agents, etc. :-)

    I have a friend who is an actor in London, has starred in lots of BBC and ITV productions, similar age to you I think. I will see what he says about it all as I'd also like to find out myself!
